​A lawyer with more than 35 years of experience in regulatory matters, competition, infrastructure, and digital transformation, as well as in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).

I have had the opportunity to develop professionally in regulatory matters from both the private and public sectors, which gives me a 360-degree perspective. I enjoy challenges and complex situations. For this reason, I decided to join Kaiteki Regulación as an external consultant so that, together with this group of highly qualified young professionals, we can expand our horizons guided by solid principles and a clear, transparent vision.

We are passionate about what we do and want to share with our clients the success of professional, creative, intelligent, and transparent work that creates value for everyone involved, and especially for our environment.
