Olivier Monjaret is an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer from the Engineering School of Brest, France.

He has more than 19 years of experience in regulation for the telecommunications and TIC sector. Within his experience, we can highlight his role as manager of external and regulatory affairs at DIRECTV Ecuador, being responsible for developing and keeping good relations with the Ecuadorian Government; elaboration of strategies; management to obtain new services.

It should be noted that he has experience within the public sector since he began his career in the Spectrum Management Department of the former National Secretary of Telecommunications (SENATEL) currently ARCOTEL, and has experience in the mobile sector having worked for more than 8 years in Telefonica Ecuador as head of regulation.

He was an active member in the Association of Telecommunications Companies (ASETEL), in the association of companies that provide Internet services, added value, carriers and information technologies (AEPROVI) and in the Ecuadorian American Chamber Commerce (AMCHAM). . He currently resides in Quito, Ecuador.
