A crucial aspect that should not be omitted, before initiating a controversial or judicial process, is a mediation or negotiation process, leading to solve an eventual conflict in a positive way between two companies. For this reason, we offer the advice and experience of more than 20 years, of Dr. Nakagawa, who has represented several companies in the private sector from the position of Legal Manager, in the solution of conflicts, mediations, negotiations, transactions, among others.

Dr. Nakagawa is also a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club (AA CEU). She is a registered arbitrator at the PUCP Arbitration Center, the Arequipa Chamber of Commerce and Industry Arbitration Center, the Lambayeque Chamber of Commerce and Production Arbitration Center, the San Martin de Porres University Arbitration Center, the MARC PERU Arbitration Center, and the OSCE National Registry of Arbitrators (OECE).
