Lawyer and regulatory consultant in telecommunications and ICT, with more than 15 years of experience. Graduated from Universidad Central del Ecuador, with a Master’s Degree in Tax and Financial Administration. Personal Data Protection Delegate, certified by the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. Former Sub-secretary of Telecommunications and Postal Affairs of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Society (MINTEL) of Ecuador.

Her experience includes legal advice to both public and private companies; formulation and design of regulations for strategic sectors; regulatory simplification; development of projects to bridge the digital divide, mainly focused on the expansion of digital services and skills, both in Ecuador and Peru. She currently serves as executive director of the Association of Telecommunications Companies.
